This is an English translation of our Hebrew terms of service. If the two versions differ, the Hebrew version applies.

1. General

These terms apply to plumbing and renovation work carried out by Apex Plumbing & Renovation ("we"). Booking work and approving a quote means you accept these terms.

2. Prices on the site and by phone are estimates

The prices in our online price list, and any price given by phone, on WhatsApp or from a photo, are estimates only. The final price depends on what we actually find on site: the condition of the pipes, access to them, the materials and the scope of the work.

3. The written quote is binding

Before work starts you get a written quote (WhatsApp counts), after we check the job on site. The quote sets out what the work includes and what it does not. Only the quote sets the price, and nothing starts without your approval.

4. Hidden problems and changes in scope

Sometimes a problem only shows up after a wall, tiles or a pipe are opened, for example a corroded pipe or a second blockage. When that happens:

We stop the work and show you what we found, with a photo.
We send you a written addition to the quote.
We continue only after you approve the addition in writing or on WhatsApp.
If you decline, we leave the site safe, and you pay only for the visit and for the work and materials already done under the quote.

5. Visits and assessment

A visit and on-site assessment costs ₪350, confirmed with you before we come. If you approve the quote, the visit fee comes off the price of the job. A planning visit for a bathroom renovation is free.

6. Warranty

We give a 6-month warranty from the day the job is finished, on new work we did, as set out in the quote. It does not cover existing pipes or systems we did not work on, parts or materials supplied by the customer, or damage caused by misuse or by later work by others.

7. Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or move a visit by letting us know in advance by phone or WhatsApp. Cancelling work that has already started means paying for what was done up to that point.
