Questions about leak repair
How much does a leak repair cost?
A simple leak (a tap or a mixer) costs ₪250–500. A leak in a pipe inside the wall needs detection and opening up, ₪800–2,500 depending on the scope. You always get a price before the work starts.
How do I know if there is a hidden leak?
Signs of a hidden leak: the water meter moves when nothing is running, damp patches on a wall or ceiling, mould, a damp smell, or an unexplained high water bill. If you suspect one, contact us for a check.
Do you have to break walls to fix a leak?
Not always. Opening a wall is the last resort, and we try non-invasive approaches first. When opening up is needed, it is small and targeted thanks to the detection equipment.
Does home insurance cover leak repairs?
It depends on the policy. Damage from a sudden leak (a burst pipe) is usually covered; a slow leak from wear usually is not. We provide a detailed report for your insurance claim.
